Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Essence of the Middle East. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
